REQUEST A PAID SITE VISIT

After we receive a new initial email, phone or website enquiry, unless it’s a very straightforward daily hire, we will need to visit site to survey your requirement in detail, to get a grasp of the site access, and working space, and decide on what labour, plant, materials and waste removal resources will be required, before being able to provide a cost proposal.

We charge £80 + VAT for this service, which contributes towards our overheads including travel expenses, wages and the associated admin costs. Time is money, and as a small business with a working director, meetings mean pulling away from paid work, so they need to bring a return.

Once you have spent money with the company, this will be omitted from future enquiries if it’s local.

Our site visit charge will be deducted from the final invoice balance if you proceed with us for the work estimated, however you are under no obligation to use our services, but our site visit charge is non refundable, including if we identify a situation where your intended project is not possible, financially viable or something we would not wish to take on.

Site visits also need booking and paying for in advance without exception.

Once we have received a site visit request and payment has cleared, we will make contact with you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time.
